Should you receive a product that has been compromised during shipping or if its integrity is in any way questionable, we will send a replacement product to you at absolutely no additional charge.

To initiate the replacement process, please contact sales@windycitymushroom within 3 days of receiving the product, providing details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. Our dedicated team will be with you within 48 hours.
