What is the shipping policy for fresh mushrooms?
We offer 2-day shipping that ends on Thursday by noon. Orders placed after this time will be shipped out on Monday. For 1-day shipping, the cutoff is Friday by noon. Weekend orders can be placed for Monday delivery.
What happens if my order is placed after the shipping deadline?
Orders placed after the 2-day shipping deadline on Thursday noon will be shipped out on Monday. For 1-day shipping orders placed after Friday noon, only the 1-day shipping option will be available.

We grow our mushrooms sustainably in our vertically integrated 50,000 sq ft facility. We use organic hardwood & soy hull for our substrate which is by products of other industry’s making sure less waste is being created. Allowing us to control the whole grow process. We are committed to local, sustainable, and affordable cultivation, ensuring the highest quality and freshness for every dinner plate in the country.

Fresh mushrooms should not be left outside. Please refrigerate them upon receiving your package. They can remain in their original container. For best storage, cook the mushrooms and then freeze them.
How long do fresh mushrooms last?
Oyster mushrooms have a shelf life of 10-12 days in the fridge, while lion’s mane mushrooms last for 12-14 days.
What about the shelf life of cooked mushrooms?
Our Fungitarian cooked mushrooms last for 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer. They can be opened and refrozen if needed.
