I recently had the pleasure of trying Windy City Mushrooms' Lion's Mane Mushrooms and their Fungitarian ready-to-eat mushroom cooked product, and I must say, it's a game-changer for any organic product enthusiast! The taste was out of this world! Each bite was bursting with umami goodness. What sets Windy City Mushrooms apart is their commitment to organic and high-quality ingredients. Knowing that I'm enjoying products that are not only delicious but also sourced responsibly makes the experience even more enjoyable.

I’ve now tried the fresh oyster mushrooms & fungitarian dishes. Not knowing what to expect, I can easily say these guys have COMPLETELY transformed my view of mushrooms. The oyster mushrooms added a delicate, yet rich flavor to my dish and the texture was insane! The fungitarian line is also phenomenal. Incredibly flavorful & easy to use – just heat and serve. I try my best to eat well - knowing that they're organic, healthy, & sustainable makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself without much extra effort. Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their meals with minimal fuss & maximum flavor at a super affordable price!

I’m the manager at Professor Pizza, we get all our oyster mushrooms through Windy City and I can hands down say they are the best quality mushrooms at an unbeatable price. If you love mushrooms as a consumer or use them as a business do yourself a favor and hit up Windy City. They blow away the competition and they’re customer service is top notch!
